Case Study · Saudi Arabia
A multi-branch car rental operator in Saudi Arabia deployed FleetQore to replace a combination of manual dispatch processes, legacy booking software and spreadsheet-based HQ reporting. The result: faster dispatch, measurable SLA improvement and real-time executive visibility across all branches from a single platform.
The challenge
Before FleetQore, the operator ran booking on one system, dispatch on manual processes, and consolidated HQ reporting from weekly spreadsheet exports. Driver assignment was handled by phone. SLA compliance was tracked retrospectively, after complaints.
Manual driver assignment by phone created delays and missed SLA windows, particularly during peak periods.
HQ could only review branch performance retrospectively from weekly exports — not in real time.
Incidents and exceptions were tracked in separate logs without a unified audit trail connecting booking, dispatch and resolution.
The deployment
FleetQore was deployed across the operator's Saudi Arabia branches, covering customer booking, branch dispatch, driver execution and HQ governance in a single platform rollout. Drivers were onboarded to the FleetQore Driver App; branch staff to the Operations Panel; and HQ to the Control Center.
Results
Driver assignment moved from phone-based coordination to in-console dispatch with AI suggestions and SLA timer tracking.
Live SLA timers and breach alerts moved SLA tracking from retrospective review to proactive prevention.
HQ moved from weekly spreadsheet exports to real-time dashboards with global kill switch capability across all branches.
