The FleetQore User App is Layer 1 of a six-layer platform — the customer touchpoint that initiates every booking, payment, and loyalty interaction. When a customer books through the app, that booking enters the Branch Operations Panel dispatch queue in real time, where branch staff assign a vehicle and driver. The assigned driver receives the trip in the Driver App with full customer details and navigation. The customer sees the driver's live location from dispatch through arrival. Every step — booking, assignment, driver acknowledgement, pickup, and completion — is logged to the immutable audit trail and surfaced in the HQ Control Center dashboard.
This end-to-end connection means that operators using FleetQore do not need to reconcile booking records against dispatch logs or chase drivers for trip completion confirmation — the platform closes the loop automatically. For corporate accounts, the same booking event triggers invoice generation against the corporate account and updates the mobility manager's spend dashboard in real time.
